- Duration: 60-90 minutes every two weeks.  

- What to Expect:  

   - Interactive sessions focused on key themes like mindset blocks, macro breakdown, fasting, stress & sleep 

   - Personalised guidance to help you create tailored, actionable plans.  

   - Group discussions to share insights, troubleshoot challenges, and stay motivated.  

- **Recordings Available**: Can’t attend live? No problem. All sessions will be recorded so you can catch up at your convenience. (and submit questions beforehand). Sessions will likely be between 12-2pm on either Tuesday or Thursday depending on group availability

- Start each week with a plan and end with a reflection.
