17th September - 22nd September: Enrolment. This is the period where we open our doors for new registrants, launch our exciting free webinar & essentially fill our upcoming courses. (We currently only open to enrolment 4 times a year)
23rd September - 27th September: Onboarding. During this week we welcome everyone, share our video platform and make sure each person has been allocated to the group that best suits their needs. Those that take high risk medication for diabetes will be introduced to Ann for specific advice regarding their tablets/insulin.
1st October- 6th November: Live Sessions. During this 6 weeks you will be taken on a transformative journey of understanding and will uncover a new world that will challenge what you already know about healthy eating. This is where we see the biggest weight loss and you will receive a high level of online support via weekly live sessions with Emma (health coach) and our Facebook group community.
1st October - 4th April 2025 : Monthly drop-ins with Dr Frater. The support continues in this phase, but focus will shift from making short-term changes to changes that last a lifetime. We will work towards cultivating strong willpower and motivation with Dr Frater offering monthly live drop-in sessions as well as ongoing support on our Facebook group. And it won't stop after a few weeks - you have support for 6 months from enrolment!
