VIP — WHAT HAPPENS IMMEDIATELY AFTER YOU JOIN

Within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed, you'll receive an email from me with your welcome information, access to the full programme library, and details of how to book your first individual session. 

That first session is where we begin properly. We look at where you are right now - your blood results, your medication, your history, your goals. We build a clear picture together. And from that point, everything in the programme is anchored to you specifically - not a generic pathway, but yours.

The guided cohort pathway through Phase 1 - Calm the Rollercoaster - begins on Sunday 16th June. (date not confirmed yet). You'll receive your first video and one simple task that morning.

One task. That's all week one asks.

Everything else follows from there - with me alongside you for every phase, every blood test, every moment when you need someone to say: you're doing the right thing, keep going.

If you join and within the first 14 days feel it isn't right for you, contact us and we'll arrange a full refund. After that point, the payment plan commitment stands.
